Walking Men a Digital Design Agency located in the center of Brussels is looking to hire a young Office Manager who will be in charge of the general operation of the office.

  • Invoicing and payment
  • Reception duties
  • Human resources tasks
  • Managing of expenses and payrolls
  • Administrative support
  • Supervision of cleaning team
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
  • Maintain and manage vendors, negotiate vendors contracts
  • Drafting contracts for new hires
  • Oversee and maintain office equipment for uninterrupted function, identify and fulfill office supply needs, and coordinate food delivery if needed
  • Manage all aspects of the office’s space/infrastructure planning
  • Data entry of contacts
  • Management staff holiday calendar

Skills and Qualifications

  • One past experience of office management (job or company internship)
  • Strong time-management and people skills, flexibility, and multitasking ability
  • Very good organizational skills
  • Experience with online platforms and collaborative tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
  • Language skills: Excellent French & English, written as well as spoken, basic knowledge in Dutch

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Previous success in office management
  • Engaging personality
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Take initiatives
